Josh has done our taxes for several years now and he has been absolutely incredible. I started a small business this year and he has been immeasurably helpful in guiding my decisions and helping me to know how to navigate tax land. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Friendly too! Can’t recommend them enough!
In addition to my original filing, I had to have my taxes amended and after speaking with my associate he said he would file the amendment and i paid him for his additional time. That was April 20th. I called Nov 3rd, just over 6 months later. HE NEVER FILED THE RETURN. I was told that he meant to call me but was busy.nI do understand that noone wants to call a client and tell them things have changed and you're getting less money back than expected. But, it's much more embarrassing when the client calls and in 6 months time you didnt complete the task, or attempt to reach them and explain the hold up.nIf you need to speak with a client before you proceed, please call. Dont avoid calling them until they call you. I hope that this review helps someone else avoid this issue.nI will be taking my business elsewhere for all future needs.
Steve Hart is the only way to go when it comes to a CPA. Highly reccomend he and his team for their services!
