Robert Crandall was referred to me by a trusted friend.nI was behind in filing my taxes, so I contacted him so that I could get caught up. He made a few VERY costly mistakes, but I figured everyone makes mistakes from time to time, so I continued to go through him for my tax needs.nI contacted him once again for my tax needs. And once again, there were costly mistakes. I mentioned the mistakes to him in hopes of getting them corrected. According to his work, we owed the IRS some money.nI sent a check into the IRS, and a few months later I received a letter stating that they had received a payment, but didn't have a return filed to match it with. What??? Our return hadn't been filed?! I mentioned the letter from the IRS to Robert. Over the next year, I had mentioned the mistakes over and over, and inquired if the returns had been sent in. I was told by the receptionist that they were changing over systems at that time (or something to that affect), and that it may have gotten overlooked.nIn the end, the mistakes were never corrected, and he wasn't responding to me, so I had to hire another CPA to correct and amend my taxes. I requested that Mr. Crandall refund my payment since my taxes were calculated incorrectly (and possibly never filed), and also because I had to hire someone else to correct what he had done incorrectly. He has not responded, and has not refunded my payment.nI thought these people were honest in their dealings, but I guess this time, I made a mistake. Obviously, I will not be contacting Crandall, Wiscombe, Morris & Snarr CPAs for tax services, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else.

I have been using this firm for 4 or 5 years now. I always receive fantastic service from them. Adam Morris, Eric, and Denise are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough.
