I have always been on time my bank card got stolen. Which took it off auto pay. I talked to her before it was due and made her aware. I was waiting on my new card in the mail. It cost me 28 for my unit. Late fee 20. Will I'm paying my bill and getting my stuff out of there bad business choice. If I find away. I'm gonna let people know how they do business. Crooks!

Friendly advice is not to do business here. I paid three months in advance and always maintained a few weeks in advance of payment due. I moved out with almost 3 weeks left on the books and made sure that the units B15 and F27 were cleaned and swept, my girlfriend swept out F27, I watched her do it. The following day on 6/8/2017 I went into the office to get my $30 deposit and was told the units were not cleaned and the manger Mr. Good told me he had to sweep them out, he said it looked like a broom never touched the floor and that he could see dust outlines where boxes were. This is a bold face lie and not even possible because the units were filled not leaving any of the floor exposed. I thought he was confused and told him the unit numbers and he said yes they were dirty calling me a liar, when in fact he is the liar. If your going to do business here make damn sure you photograph your units when you leave. Not only are these people managed by a LIAR but also a Thief, my Girlfriend was appalled when she heard about this.

These storage units dont even deserve a star! I played this guy ahead of when payments where due and then after 3 months I get a call saying we put your unit up for auction! Because you never paid come to find out he never ran my card when I told him to still dont know what happened to my belongings cause he never answers the phone even if you call right after he calls you! A bunch of theives if you ask me!!!
