Ruby’s Kitchen

So glad we decided to try something different this morning. We had a wonderful breakfast! Homemade sausage gravy is on point. And the bandido bowl was awesome! Everything tasted clean, fresh and delicious. Nothing processed about this place. Highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely breakfast Ruby's Kitchen❤ufe0f

The atmosphere was quaint, what a small cafe should feel like. The food was amazing. I had the Hillbilly Benny, I would definitely recommend it. My boyfriend ordered the Bandito Bowl and enjoy it. The coffee was hot the tea selection plenty. The place also has some merchandise from local artists and crafts makers.

The new owners who took over a few months ago have done an amazing job of creating an interesting and tasty menu. Same great Ruby's with amazing views of the lake, a comfy-cozy atmosphere and food that is a notch above for breakfast and lunch. So far I have had the breakfast burrito! Amazing! The Sweet Cream Pancakes, delicious, and the eggs, bacon and hash was perfect! The hash browns have a nice savory seasoning. I look forward to going on again. You do come out of here smelling like kitchen smoke and I am hoping they can fix their ventilation system so this isn't the case in the future.

We had brunch here because the first restaurant in town that we tried had over an hour wait. We were done eating a delicious meal - bubble waffle and hash browns and the bandito bowl- before the hour wait at the other restaurant was through. We’re glad that we ended up at Ruby’s!nOur waiter (Jack?) was very attentive and friendly.nThe restaurant has a nice view of the lake across the road, and also sells local art and trinkets.

I love Eggs Benedict... There are 3 locations in McCall that serve it. This was one of them.. And it was delicious.nIm looking forward to sitting on the patio this summer.. Great view of the lake
