Not good. My cousin n law tried renting a UHAUL truck to help himself move. I was going to help him, we pulled up and the woman stared at me through the window, would NOT speak to me or even verify my ID. I called and explained the situation to the woman that works there, she proceeded to not care she was very rude all she said was, “Sorry. We’re closed.” On their ads it does not say that the UHAULS are unavailable at the time that we went. My cousin N law went through a lot of trouble and still did not get the UHAUL. These people never have anything that you need, you have to settle for what they have. It’s just very unprofessional and their is a minor in the store that has sold cigarettes, I’m all for small businesses and I normally go to small businesses but there is a certain level of kindness, good business and professionalism that you expect when you bring your money to them. This place does not have that.nnMy cousin is SUPPOSE to get a refund back for the UHAUL truck but it was his only day off. I use to be a customer and it was nice but then it slowly started changing: 1. They didn’t have what we needed which was the most common things. 2. They was closed when their ads said they wasn’t.nnI’m a very understandable person but I did not understand this.

I love this place because the people who own it are great people and make you feel like family.

Owner extremely rude. Pulled into the parking lot to make a quick text. Was there less than 2 minutes a older man with long Grey beard ran to my window and rudley said get off my parking lot now!! Then proceed to call me a drug dealer!!!nI highly recommend that you go on to Lakeside Market or Keavy Grocery. I used to stop by and go through the drive through window to get cigarettes. After that insult and assumption, I would never encourage anybody to pull in, or purchase anything. Also it stinks very badly in there.
