So right before fire, but after dirt, I worked at a small restaurant in McCall called the Red Steer. But for quite a while now it’s been called My Father’s Place. A lot of kids have learned about business working here over the years. If you leave a tip they will look you in the eye and tell you thank you. But besides all this, the food is outstanding. Even longtime residents-have been known to get killer cravings for their nut burger. Possibly the best vegetarian burger in America. I’m not a vegetarian and I still can’t resist it. If you’re in McCall and you don’t eat here you are missing out.

I guess they was in a hurry to close and justndidn’t care since it was almost time to go home so they didn’t cook the meat all the way.nSome (not all) of our burgers was bloody. They forgot our drink forgot ketchup after ordering it online and reminding them on the phonencoffee was cold then when I called one nice lady apologized told me they would give me a gift certificate to make it right then she puts a manager on the phone that says the menu says they will be bloody and told me to have a nice day. I will never visit here again $40 in the trash cause I can’t eat bloody hamburger meat

Best hamburgers in Valley County. Strawberry milkshakes w/fresh strawberries. So good. Outside seating so you can bring your dogs. They offer doggie hamburgers & water cups for your pets. Food is delivered to your table by very friendly waitpeople. While we were eating we were being rained on by the beautiful fall leaves. Very pleasant experience.

Very delicious food! The onion rings and sweet potato fries stole the show but the Hotshot burger (double cheese burger) was great as well. The line is always long so I would recommend not going during peak meal times. We went around 9pm and it was still long but not as bad. A little pricey for what it is (picture below was $30) at $9 a burger but I understand McCall prices are elevated overall. With all that in mind, would likely go again.
