The Narrows Steakhouse

We had an incredible evening. Was a great selection of wines, and amazing atmosphere and we had a very knowledgeable wait staff who gave great recommendations and information about each steak. They were quick to keep our glasses topped, and the timing between dishes was perfect. We spent 2 hours+ and didn’t feel rushed. I had the dry aged New York and it was amazing! If we come back to McCall we are certainly going to be back. And yes, it’s fine dining and a bit spendy, but the service and flavors matched the price.

Food & service deserves 4 or 5 stars. Our waitress & all staff were amazing. Although, when I'm paying over $200 for a nice dinner I expect a nice quiet environment to share with my wife. It was so loud, it felt like we were in a sports pub watching the super bowl & couldn't hardly talk to each other. Also, there were teens making & wearing napkin hats. Just seems like they should enforce better fine dining etiquette for the price.

Very rustic steakhouse located in the Shore Lodge, The Narrows will not disappoint! Amazing food, great drinks and top notch service makes this the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or a great day.

Food was okay. The waitress couldn’t even figure out how to split up a check between four couples. Wasn’t impressed the mill had better steak and the knives were super dull might as well of had a butter knife. If going with a group make sure and let them know it’s not on one ticket because they can’t do math.

My husband and I went to the Narrows for our anniversary! The staff were all very warm and inviting and even made a special anniversary sign on our dessert. The food was all exceptional. Cooked to perfection
