The Intersection BBQ, Bar & Grill

The decor is awesome. A real hole in the wall feel with amazing BBQ and burgers. The sweet potato fries are on the next level and all the meat just melts in your mouth. The BBQ sauce is on point and they have real fry sauce. All of their fries are seasoned in the house spices and everything was as unbelievable as the service. We stopped in on Valentine's day 2021 on a family trip based on a good Google review and The Intersection did not disappoint. I smoke meat at home and theirs was as good or better than my own. Combine that with a full bar and good beer on tap (not your horsewhizz light beers) this place should be famous it's so good.

During a recent stay in McCall we were looking for something other than the usual pizza or burgers, and stumbled across Intersection BBQ online. The reviews looked decent and the food sounded good so we figured it was worth a try. Turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve ever had! I had a hot pastrami sandwich and my husband had the brisket French dip. The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and so much flavor! The fries and onion rings did not disappoint, and the sauces and house mustard were to die for. The restaurant was quite busy so we had a bit of a wait but our server was mindful of us and very kind. We enjoyed everything about our experience and will definitely be back!

This is hands down, the best authentic western BBQ we've ever had. The whole place is just dripping with sincerity (think Peanuts Great Pumpkin). The tri-tip is just amazing meat in and of itself and needs no extra sauce. The pulled pork and chicken were to die for. The potato salad, corn bread, Mac n cheese. I can now die happy. The brisket was the only thing that was average to me. Cannot recommend this place more highly. 10 stars.

Stopped here while passing through town. Looked like a neat place from the outside. We were beyond impressed. The waitress and bartender were friendly, the food was AHmazing! Everything looked and tasted as if it was made in-house. We had jalapeno poppers, chicken, pulled pork, mac-cheese, ranch spuds, coleslaw. All so delicious. We give this place a 5 and will come again and again and again.

After a full day at Brundage we were looking for something hearty and hot. Half of McCall was closed so we decided to try the Intersection in New Meadows. It is hands down, jaw dropping superb food. I’m a big food critic and chef. It’s hard to please me when we go out. This food was just as good, if not better than what I could make.nnWay to go guys! Keep up the hard work and delicious food. We will be back.
