Domino's Pizza

I can not rave about this staff enough!!! Kent helped us fix an order and I was COMPLETELY blown away by his customer service. He was kind, honest and prompt! He really cared about making us happy and it showed! Thank you Kent for your amazing service! I will ALWAYS order from this location because of my experience with you today! Please reward this gentleman in some way! He deserves it!

This is our first time ordering from this location. We placed our order 6:41pm and the estimated time was 43-53 minutes per the domino’s app. At 8:30 I had to drive to the location to speak with the manager and ask what the status was on the pizza he told me that the pizza was just out of the oven. I was in the location about 10-15 minutes and the phone rang the entire time and not a single employee tried to answer it. We tried calling and no answer for about 25 minutes we tried going through the app and could not find a way to cancel the order or contact the store. We will not be ordering from this location anytime soon but because I wanna give them a fair opportunity seeing as they are new and they don’t have their act together I would like to give them a chance in the future and hope they can deliver on time and get pizza’s made in a timely fashion.

Tried out this new dominos, great experience! Quick service, good location! Our pizzas and bread bites were cooked perfectly and the staff was very friendly! Would recommend.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any Domino's store anywhere. The food both times I have ordered has been sub-par, one time the pizza even being delivered cold, and they also never answer the phones for any sort of support, help, or even to allow for order cancellations, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes without a single person answering before I gave up and just drove to the store to cancel it in person. If you can help it, do NOT order from this location ever, there's a 99% chance you won't even get your food before the end of the week.

I've ordered domino's in several states and in many locations throughout Utah.nI have never found a location that is as slow as this one. In the three times we've ordered from here, service took 1 1/2 - 2 hours. This is unacceptable.nIts nice that domino's as a company offers a free pizza in these instances, but this location is worth bypassing if you want your food the same day you order it.
