Been shopping here digitally from Canada for almost a year. Don't let the antiquated-looking website fool you, this is by far the most comprehensive selection of cross stitch fabrics, threads, patterns and notions on the Internet (or in person, as far as I can tell). They have great features like a wish list, email notifications and currency conversion. If you need help picking materials for a particular project, their staff are rather quick to respond and give sound advice. Shipping to Canada is very affordable ($5USD), but keep in mind that they use a third party company to ship to Canada which can take 3-4 weeks per order.

I was looking for a pattern at the last minute to take on a trip with me and couldn't find it other places. Someone pointed me to 1-2-3. I called with my fingers crossed and talked with Andrea. She was incredible and so helpful and kind!! I was very impressed! She located the pattern, wrote it up and let me pick it up 2 hours later. What GREAT SERVICE! I purchased some cross stitch patterns from 123Stitch for my wife on their website. They offer local pickup which saves the shipping charge. They seem to have a good selection of cross stitch patterns and their service and communication are prompt and efficient.

The go to place for all things stitchy. I mainly get linen fabric here when I can’t find it anywhere else. They have great prices. Usually always have the type and color of linen I’m looking for.

The best needlework shop on the market! They truely go out of their way for you and truely care about good customer servixe. I've been buying here for years and will always support them. Only once have I ever had issues and it was promptly resolved with no issue. Couldn't ask for a better shop!nnAlso, this is the absolute best place to get large cuts of fabric. A lot of stores don't even sell half yards...
