The trailhead provides a parking lot with a place for trailers, restroom, and map along with a station with tools for bikes. All-in-all a great place to start a hike. It is an easy hike (walk, really) to get to the Jacob's Ladder trailhead or Ghost Falls trailhead as well as many other trails so there is something for any skill or activity level.
Great cross country trail.
