My experience with Lily was incredible. Initially I was nervous for the one-on-one attention because I normally like to blend into the background of a class. But this was worth it. Lily has put in the work to be a calming, intuitive presence and the knowledge she possesses.. it shows. I came out of my private session feeling balanced, at ease and comfortable in my skin. I got so much more out of a private session with Lily than I would in a normal class. I recommend this for anyone everywhere. I also paired my session with a fire & ice room/ float. *Chef's kiss. Can't say it enough.. INCREDIBLE.

I just had a private session in the yoga room at True North Float with Lily. (Who is the absolute sweetest)nAnd I honestly had no idea what to expect, but I was really pleased with my results after only one session.nShe sits you down and asks what your intentions are/where you’re feeling the most pain and dedicates the whole session towards your specific needs. And she really listens to you. I felt like it was also great emotional therapy.nI felt very tense specifically in my neck and shoulders when I walked in there and I couldn’t believe how much she was able to help me open them up and release the tension. I walked out feeling so much lighter!nI would recommend this for anyone dealing with pain or stiffness. You will definitely get far more out of a private session then in a regular yoga class.nn5 stars for Lily! Thank you so muchud83dude4fud83cudffb

I have done yoga in groups before and I've discovered with Lily at Untamed Yoga that the benefits of doing yoga one on one is absolutely outstanding. Lily knows how to help your body breathe into the asanas properly to make sure you have good muscle memory. She taught me so much about myself through yoga. I highly recommend this level of attention to your yoga practice. Amazing!!

I was blown away by my private yoga session with Lily! She took the time to create the perfect session for me which targeted specific parts of my body that were aching badly. I’m not that flexible so it was a great relief to have an instructor who was patient and understanding. She allowed me to feel completely comfortable with where I was at both physically and emotionally. I went into the session feeling stressed and achey and I left feeling so relaxed and peaceful that I didn’t want it to end! I highly recommend Lily if you’re looking for a compassionate yoga instructor who truly cares about your emotional and physical well-being. You can be yourself with her, let it all go, and trust that you’re in a safe place.

After one session with Lily combined with Fire and Ice bath and Float session, I experienced more healing energy flow and flexibility in my back than I have in a long time! I was able to make 4 subsequent drives to slc and back plus a drive to San Diego with no issues whatsoever in my lower back after sitting fo such long periods. Lily is very knowledgeable and in tune with the needs of the body to design a custom tailored flow to address the individual blockages. The one on one session is far more effective than a typical yoga room with a generic or standard flow for everyone, IMO.
