It’s 2021 it shouldn’t be that difficult to give a somewhat accurate ETA. They said they would take 45 - 55 mins to arrive. Here I am three hours later still waiting in the rain. I’ve got nothing better to do than sit here thinking about all the ways they could’ve avoided this or at least contacted me telling me they’ll be late.

I have a 2019 Transit van covered by Ford's Roadside Assistance,well it had a flat so I call Ford. The sent these ud83cudccf out after waiting 1.5 hours I changed the tire myself. They showed up up as I was finishing up.
