John was very accommodating in showing the available units and placing a hold on the unit we were interested in. The renting process has been very easy and smooth.
I would rate the StoreQuest at North Tahoe a five star due to cleanliness of the building, access to hand trucks, ladders and dollies and just the overall service that I was provided by John. Although I no longer need the services because I moved into a new place, I would definitely recommend them to a friend in the future.
