Great storage place for a great price. Friendly and helpful workers as well. My family also have units here as well I would definitely recommend to friends.
Great customer service, really appreciated John getting back to me. Storage space is in short supply right now and it was nice to deal with these folks. Very professional and thorough. Facility is clean and well maintained.
We needed temporary storage until our house is ready to move in. Went to another facility, we had 2 units reserved and showed up was told we would be lucky to get anything. Found iStorage online and did the online app process with John and it was very easy and a sigh of relief that we would have a unit ready for us on arrival. The day before we were moving our stuff into the unit John called to let me know he would be off the next day and if we showed up Brittany could help us out. We did show up and she was amazing and very cheerful. Moving is stressful and they made this part of our move so easy. We even needed a 2nd unit and it was not an issue at all. Very smooth process and we received amazing customer service from them both. DO NOT go anywhere else if you want amazing service and the location is great, and the facility is clean too. Thank you so much John & Brittany, you guys are awesome. The Ford Family!
Convenient location for the things we need for our son's right away. They stay open until 10 which is even more convenient because I've had to go really late to get some things out of the truck and I've left 8 minutes to 10, of course I was panicking the gate would be locked on the way out but thank goodness they don't lock them early!
What a pleasant surprise! After searching for a place to temporarily store my belongings this place was more than willing to accommodate. Brittany was incredibly polite and very easy to work with. Signing documents took just a couple of mins and I was on my way to a perfect place to safely store my belongings. What made it even better was they were running a promotional deal that saved me some extra cash that was very much needed!!! Thanks guys!
