Very thankful to the whole crew at the Boss Shop. Patched a hole in our trailer so we could deliver our frozen load. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Lots of love for these people and wish them many Blessings!!!
Sarcasm: 10 out of 10 (was asked if I was gonna change the hose for glad hand myself)nService: 3 out of 10nSolution: 2 out of 10nCredibility: 3 out of 10 (was not able to get a clear qoute or a qoute itself for service request)nWent in to see if I could get a glad hand hose and have it replaced through them.nIt was about 8 pm.nCertainly a busy place so wasn't able to catch hold of tech as they close at 11 pm.nAsked if they have the hose and sell it, said there is one in system but not in store.nWas asked to come in the morning 7 or 7:30 ish and they will magically have a hose fairy bring it to the shop along with an option of an after hour call repair which I wasn't so thrilled about (no complaints about that since everyone has a family/mouth to feed).nIf there was no hose available at night, I wonder if the after hour could have had it, since they operate through the shop I believe.
