Donte gave me copper gasket spray instead of copperslip type grease (European?) which he was not aware of. I bought it anyway and as it just so happens I needed the spray and it is awesome stuff. It is sticky so stops the gaskets dropping or slipping out of place on vertical surfaces. My gasket set was not delivered and didn't need it anyway after using the copper spray stuff.

I was broke down on vacation and they had the parts, and just enough loaner tools for me to fix it up and get back on the road. Travis and john were a big help

This is Charlie Smith from this AutoZone location. Here, he’s working on my car in his home garage, after hours, at 1AM. I was traveling from Tennessee to Michigan for Thanksgiving when my alternator gave way. Luckily, I was able to roll the vehicle into AutoZone where Charlie was able to help me purchase a new alternator for my vehicle. My pesky Ford Escape kept giving me grief and he offered to work on my vehicle after he clocked out at 9PM.nnCharlie let me follow him to his residence, jump started my car a second time in the rain, and once my vehicle was at his garage, he worked tirelessly to replace my alternator. I was in a rough spot and had no other options. It was a holiday and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I cannot express just how much this man has done for me and he didn’t ask for a dime from me. He embodies the true American Spirit and I really hope AutoZone takes notice of his character. He is without a doubt - a leader. Really impressed with this man.nnCharlie, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. You are the greatest stranger I’ve ever met.

I bought a brake line for my truck they gave me the wrong one then they gave us one that would not bend at all I think they did that on purpose and tried to refuse a refund or give me the right one they have lost a good customer I will never go back
