I am a resident in Aspen Community Park, well kept up park. Farmers and their Animal hobby farm is a joy every morning and afternoon to see the sweet brown lama,she leads the black nosed ud83dudc11 s, two play ful miniature donkey's ud83dudc34, one gray to one white. New addition is the brownish red Stallion , one Mustang, one Appolousa. The three compliment each other with a shake of head, horse talk. I couldn't be happier to have domestic creatures & Bird's close ends.
Ok place to live, quiet. Churches are down the street, Sharkey's Casino half a block away.nWe have been here 9 years next year!nQuality place, to reside!
Great Place, Quiet. Freindly, Retirement Center, Gym, Shopping, all a 1/2 mile away.
Very nice
Considering a move to a clean and quiet mobile home park? I visited friends here who relocated from cold and snowy Ohio. What is different from other parks I've looked into, is all the homes here have two car garages or carports - so unlike the single tandem carports you see elsewhere. Settled into the edge of Gardnerville and close to all amenities. The pics are of the preserve behind the park.
