Called yesterday to have wheel alignment. Was told to bring it in at 10 in morning. Got there at 9:30 and was told that the guy that is doing the wheel alignment was leaving and wouldn’t be back til 1. I drove over an hour to get there and expecting that 10 would be a good time. Drove right down the road and got it right into the shop. I won’t be back to there. Felt it was very unprofessional.
I'm very pleased with the work they done on my car, and the whole crew were very nice and treated me fairly.
Took my SUV and got it lined... They done a great job it dident take long at all
Was told my speed sencer was bad..on the front right side, got it changed 2 minutes later after pulled out it was doing the samething. Took it back they said drive it over 40 miles a hour it correct it's self. Drove it a 2 whole days, nothing fixed it. Took it back. They told me they wasn't messing with it to take it to Ford. I said no I paid u all to take care of the promblem. Called later talked to the boss. He said had be wheel barrow. I said well been waiting 3 days and I told him they should have correct it as soon as I came back 5 minutes later . He said buddy I wasn't there.. I call bs.. he was sitting right there when I told them. Then he said take it to Ford find out what wrong with it then we will fix it. Turns out it was the back left speed sencer. Meanwhile I am out 110.00 bucks while they wanted me to take my car to Ford. Don't take your car here.. it's a rip off.
I was in a pinch and needed to get my wheels rebalanced after a different location did me wrong. Very courteous, helpful, got me in a few minutes before opening.
