Terrible, you can't call the store directly, keeps forwarding to national number
At first I had a problem inserting the original key and none of the employee at Smith's grocery could provide an assistance. But after trying to insert hard on the machine then the next step becomes a breeze. You might be losing customer of this issue. But all the rest is fine.
Easy and both keys worked fine. Machine at a 24 Hour grocery store so can make copies anytime without having to visit a locksmith during work hours.
Easy to use, pretty quick, just very pricey 9 bucks is a bit steep in my opinion.
