#1 gym in the surrounding Lake Tahoe basin. Hands down Dylan is the ultimate coach! Always motivating and encouraging members to strive for their best. Such a great addition to the Meyers community.

Many thanks to Coach Dylan and his team, Beata, Chelsey and Monique for helping me take my first steps. Their welcoming spirit, encouragement, and hands-on coaching has made for an outstanding experience. The gym vibe is incredibly friendly making you feel at ease. As a 59-year-old beginner, I was intimidated to give this a try but I am so thankful I did!

Hands down the best gym in South Lake! 100% worth the short commute for those who don’t live in Meyers. Friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable coaches & effective, butt-kicking workouts! My favorite part about this gym is that it is geared towards all ages and skill levels: kids to adults & beginners to experts. There is a very wide variety of classes. Working out no longer seems like a “chore” to me- it’s now my favorite part of every day!

Dylan and crew run an amazing environment. I love all the options Altitude offers. I’m being trained by champion athletes that are beyond passionate about my personal achievements. The groups are small enough that it’s like having a personal trainer. When you get all this for under $100 bucks a month. You can’t beat it..I’d recommend altitude to anyone.

The gym and trainers are the best. You can choose to workout in a schedule class or just go in anytime and do the work out of the day. The works outs are fun and challenging and fit anyone’s fitness level. The gym offers classes that are coach by amazing Trainers. They motivate you for success. My mind and body has change in such a positive direction.
