If you purchase a car from this car lot please make sure you take the vehicle to 2-3 mechanics to get it checked out because I was sold a lemon and I have heard several other stories with this exact same car lot. I put my trust into this car lot and signed a buy as is on a Acadia that 3 months later blew up on the side of the road, The vehicle started having problems a week after I purchased, When I test drove the vehicle it drove fine. I was made aware they just had purchased but I kind of thought that they at least checked the vehicles out. Kaci is very nice and friendly but the owner will only allow her to do so much. I never spoke to the owner after messaging him several times, Very stubborn and hard to work with owner. The only option I had when the car blew up was to surrender or fix the vehicle. The vehicle was unsafe to fix for my kids. The vehicle was listed on Facebook with cold air and my kids burned up during the summer in this vehicle, the back vents only blew out hot air. The sunroof leaked. Terrible experience with this car lot. I now have 4 children, living in Barbourville and working in London. **Kaci did try to help me out and helped fix a hose on the car but while the car was getting fixed they did not allow me to use a car and they recommended to ride the RTEC bus to work. I'm not putting all the blame on the car lot because I did know they just had bought the car and cleaned up but I thought they checked it out, Kaci did try to help as much as she can. The point of my post is the Owner is VERY hard to work with and does not give you much options and to PLEASE get your car checked out before purchasing because they do not have a mechanic or a garage to work on any car. I'm a good hearted person and I don't want anybody to end up like me. It is what it is. I'm out the money on a vehicle I barely got to drive, and when I did drive, I was scared it would breakdown. This is just my luck for 2020. I have never been treated like this from a buy here pay here lot. I recommend Dependable Autos Sales if you are looking for a buy here pay here, but they did not have a 3 roll vehicle at the time I wanted to purchase a vehicle. Dependable really is honest people and will help you fix your vehicle if something happens to it. Also, I want to add that when the car blew up on Saturday, I tried to email the owner and fb message Kaci which she responded and was busy but Monday morning I called and was hoping they would end up going to pick the vehicle off the side of the road because it was still in my name barely off the road on 25E and they never did. I had to call and have the car picked up by a wrecking service. My main review is friendly staff, owner is stubborn and hard to work with, no mechanic or garage, do not properly check out vehicles. Please check out your vehicle if you purchase from this car lot, I know I have repeated myself but I don't want anybody to experience what I have. Shane is a horrible owner. Thank you.

Have a large selection of cars and trucks. Saw the car I knew I could afford. Still runs like a new car. I have recommended my friends that want an honest sale to Go to S@S auto.located on the London hwy, up 25 bout 5 miles from Corbin.

You would be an absolute fool to buy your car here. If I could post no stars I would. Within six weeks of purchase, the van these folks sold us had to have the transmission replaced, a new starter put in, a new alternator, and a new radiator. The warranty they assured us would cover any issues is utterly worthless; it pays for absolutely nothing and gives customers a false sense of security. Given all that, and the fact that their answer is it's all my wife and my problem I can't say much good about the experience at all.
