We had a wonderful experience with Nathaniel and Sandra at Countryside RV Sales. They have a real hospitality, truthfulness and hometown feel that you might not find in the big dealerships. They did everything they said they would and kept us up to date on getting the RV ready. They sell used RVs, some newer and some not so new so don't expect a perfect RV. It is highly recommended to get an independent inspection which Countryside welcomed. If you don't, and discover problems after buying, don't blame Countryside RV for not doing your due diligence. We are happy with our RV and the price was fair.

We looked long and hard for the class A that would full fill our needs and found that RV in Corbin KY five hours away. Little did we know we were about to be blessed with the best buying experience through Countryside RVs...wonderful people! We are newbies and they got us up to speed...we feel safe and well prepared for our new RV experience!

I saw one of their listings for a Class A RV and sent an email to inquire one evening. Sandra called me the next morning and answered all of my questions. I live in DC so I decided to make the trip to Corbin Kentucky to inspect the vehicle. It was exactly as Sandra had described. She had been very forthcoming about the few flaws on the vehicle which I really appreciated.nnThis is my first RV and I didn't know how anything worked. Nathaniel was very patient and explained how to use the various appliances, leveling jacks, the generator and even explained how the sewage system works.nnAs an added bonus, Jerry (Sandra's husband) was nice enough to take me out for a quick driving lesson. Having never driven a vehicle this large, it was nice to have an experienced driver give me tips about how to position the vehicle on the road and explain the danger of taking a turn too sharp and swiping something with the back side of the vehicle.nnIn short, I had an excellent experience. The RV I purchased is used, so while it is in good condition, it has some wear and tear. Sandra and Nathaniel were very upfront about everything. I felt the price was fair and the transaction was handled smoothly.nnA big thanks from my family to the team at Country Side RV!

So, you look for a dealer who is just as interested in YOU as in the sale - FOUND IT! So, you expect a clean, quality RV/Trailer at a fair and reasonable price - FOUND IT! So, you expect a facility to go beyond the expected due to unexpected circumstances - FOUND IT! This family-based organization treated us like royalty and represented what is still good in business and personal relationships. Hats off to Nathaniel and all those involved in selling us a great trailer in trying personal times for us. May this business be blessed for their honesty and the tenets they live by. Glenn & Barbara
