We cannot thank Darin and Legacy enough for all their help with our old truck and new truck. A little back story we're from Wisconsin and were in South Carolina for a wedding when our truck started acting up. We decided after the wedding to get as close to home as we could before the truck reduced power and stay in a town that had a Chevrolet dealership. The service guys quickly got our truck in and started looking at it. Us preparing for the worst and wanting to be prepared started checking out what was on the lot. It was quickly determined that it was a valve a fairly inexpensive fix. However to repair the valve would be a 10 hour job. We made the decision to trade that truck in on a 2018 GMC 2500hd denali as we have three girls to get home to. Darin was so awesome to work with all he did to get us back on the road as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this busy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks again.
Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Our Product Specialist, Darryl Roberts, was very professional, knowledgeable and confident in answering all our questions and presenting the features of the vehicle we purchased. The finance representative was very thorough and efficient with purchase/finance paperwork. This is the second new vehicle we've purchased from Legacy GM, Corbin KY. Our past experience with the GM service department, from our previous purchase, was a huge factor in the decision to revisit Legacy.
The salesman Darin was very nice, not pushy. One of The sales managers Steve, was super nice, felt at ease. The finance man Terry was so nice and helpful. I could not have ask for better. I was very happy and thankful for them.

Not one employee had a mask on none of the other customers had one on there was no social distance between the seats at all. It took about 2 hours to be told I needed 3 switches in my car and to reprogram my car to fix my radio and it still doesn't work right and I paid 110.00 for basically nothing. But my biggest problem was the lack of concern for the safety of your customers if I had known you refused to follow the guidelines set by the state I never would have came and I def would not have brought my mom and son. I absolutely love Legacy in Corbin Ky..!! If you are looking to buy a new/used vehicle and your not sure where to go. I highly recommend them..!! Darin Wheeldon was my salesmen and let me tell you, he is by far “The Best” salesmen I have ever dealt with ever!! He listened to exactly what my needs/wants was, he was not pushy, he was friendly and done everything he could to help me. It was fast, easy with no hassle once we found the perfect car for me. If you go there I promise you will not be disappointed..!!!
