Highly disappointed with our customer care. We drove 4 hours from out of state in South Carolina to purchase a vehicle. We were overcharged on our sales tax by $700 and are completely unsure on whether or not we will get this large amount back. Dave(supposedly in charge of sales?) will not hear me out or have a mature, civil conversation over the phone. I have been hung up on numerous times because I was “speaking to an empty ear”.
'People are snappin' 'em up!' (No, no they're not) Nice enough lady salesperson who comes out quickly onto the lot. Everyday I drive by same cars there. They're in free fall right now and yet won't deal. And just like all dealerships and used car lots in tipoff Kentucky NO PRICES ON WINDSHIELDS.
Just a great staff! Always feel comfortable with the sales staff, no pressure, willing to work with you to get the vehicle that you’re looking for, at a price you can afford. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone vehicle shopping!
