During my process of buying a 2020 Dodge Journey I came in telling very keen details of my finances and what I was looking for. I worked with Brandon Hodge and Kevin Lefevers, these guys are not your typical salesmen they were honest and did not try to push a sale on my wife and I they found what fit us best and gave us several options. They have a large selection of new and used vehicles with great prices and they are willing to negotiate. I definitely recommend seeing these guys if you are looking to buy a good car at a great price. We made a purchase within an hour. 5 stars all the way.

I just wanted to let you all know how amazing the dealership is and how amazing a young man by the name of Jason Buroff was to us. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, very eager to help us get our van back running and on the road. We are grateful for this young man for everything he done. We had heard horror stories about Tim Shorts and we was very worried about taking our vehicle there but we have had the best experience and will always come back. Thank you Jason and Tim Shorts!! I also called Chrysler and let them know how great Jason and the team there at Tim Shorts Auto Mall of Corbin is!!

We were in the beginning process of trading cars, something I REALLY dread to even think about, when I saw a listing on the internet which was at Tim Short Auto Mall dealership. It seemed to good to be true. My husband and I decided to drive up on Saturday morning knowing they opened at 9:00 AM and we had to be back in Knoxville for a 1:00 PM appointment. We discussed all the scenarios where we could come back and get the car if we decided to buy it because we assumed we would have to apply for the loan, it would not be approved until Monday and we could not get the car until after that.nWhen we arrived, we were able to look at the car without being attacked by salesmen. When we were interested in getting the car we were able to get the keys. Then we talked to Roy explaining that we did not have a lot of time but wanted to start the process to buy the car. By 11:30 we were approved and in our new car driving home. It was a very smooth process.nI can’t say enough about how nicely we were treated. We got the deal we needed and we did not have to return to get the car. We definitely highly recommend Tim Short Auto Mall!!

Brandon hodge provided excellent customer service. He is an honest salesman friendly not pushy. Really looks out for his customer. He got us the best possible rate. He even went so far as to helping me pick out a starwars decal. Now the proud owner of r2d2 my blue jeep renegade. Thank you Brandon hodge
