Worked with Ruben for a while last night in purchasing a 2020 Renegade for my former Jeep hating boyfriend and he was absolutely awesome given the circumstances he was dealt, he worked his rear end off and even stayed late. We stated what we were looking for and what concerns we may have, he was completely understanding and didn't try to flip things around. I highly recommend stopping in and talking to the folks here.
My experience was top notch. Called in to inquire about a certain truck. Talked to the sales rep, went down there and walked out with it that day.nnThere was no pressure on the sale (although I was pretty clear that I wanted to walk out with one). Jason was my salesman (can we say that still? ud83eudd23ud83eudd23) and he knows his product. Down to earth individual and will get you in what you need.nnThey worked with me on price a bit but of course did not give the house. The way car buying should be! - Nathan Adams and the entire team over at Carson City Ram were GREAT and I am very happy to share this review. First off, the price for the truck was more than fair and in writing. Nathan did most of the paperwork in advance online to give me an exact price. And the day of delivery, I completed all paperwork and was out the door in 58 minutes in my new truck. I would like to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
