Capital Ford

We have purchased many vehicles and dealt with allot of sales people. But we have never had a woman sales person which was great. Brittney was great. So were the other people that all helped us make this happen for me and my husband. The customer service was excellent! The whole team members that assisted us went above and beyond. The deal that we ended up signing, ended up being thrown out and a new deal replaced it. And what we were had told them we were wanting to pay, meaning our minimum and maximum, they went above nd beyond and got us a deal with a bank that made us a deal where we ended up paying a lower payment and annual interest rate. So in the end we came out way on top! Thank you Brittney, Josh, Cory, and David, for all your work, design in the vehicle to make it a one of a kind in all of Nevada! We love it and have big plans to make it even bigger and more crazy! We'll give you an update of the finished project after we are all done with it. Bought a new car at capital Ford, salesman was great, but I am worried about the service department. My car is doing a weird thing, it's a highbred, making a weird noise sometimes and battery goes dead occasionally. I called the service department to find out if there were any recalls, they said no, and I told him it only does this occasionally, they said it would be best if you can bring it in when it is doing it. This soonest appointment I could get was two weeks out. I decided to do all of my own oil changes because of the super hassle to have them do it and my time is valuable too. I have owned the car for seven months with 8000 miles on it. I got a thing in the mail, email, from Ford. (My check engine light has been coming on ). The email said I need to make an appointment, which I found almost impossible to do online so I called capital Ford .She said the soonest appointment would be one month out. I asked if this was safe for the car to drive it with a check engine light on? She said she didn't know.nmy frustration is growing and I plan to post the results of this in the future. I wanted to buy a reliable Japanese car but I thought instead I would do a patriotic American deed and buy an American car for a change. I hope I am not going to regret this decision!

We have bought 4 new vehicles from Capital Ford over the years. The staff are very nice people to work with. Everyone says hi when you walk by, just a great atmosphere to be in. I have always been treated like gold and have got great deals. This is a no pressure dealership, they make it fun to buy a vehicle, the way it should be. I highly recommend Capital Ford!

I'm a Ford Girl and Val (sales person) took excellent care of us. We purchased the Explorer Platinum with no pressure. I knew what I wanted and I knew what price I wanted to pay. Sales and Customer Relations were excellent. Detailing has a lot of improvement to make. Not only did they miss a huge puncture in my BRAND new head rest, but they did a horrible job detailing my brand new car. So now I have to bring it back to get it fixed, and so far, no one has called to schedule! That's a big deal given they missed the puncture in the detailing. We will see how they recover! This place was AMAZING, I never felt pressured, I got a fair value on my trade in, and they even matched my credit union financing so it was a one stop shop for me. Everyone I spoke with was fair and honest. One of the salesman even pointed out a small blemish I overlooked on the car and let the manager know about it and they fixed the issue right away. WORTH THE DRIVE from Reno!
