By-Pass Storage is such a great, family-owned business! We have rented from them for two summers in a row. Their storage units are always clean, and the people are so helpful!nnPaul, the owner’s son restored my faith in humanity (after having dealt with a rude, snarky Budget rental car lady at the Tucson airport) when my daughter’s car battery was completely dead.nnHe saw us getting our jumper cables out and brought his big truck over to offer to help. He went above and beyond to help us, as the battery wouldn’t start even after charging for some time. Paul brought over his tester, and when it tested bad, he set out to remove the battery (no small feat) so that we could take it into Walmart and get a new one. It was quite hot that day and Paul had even cancelled his plans in order to help us. There is no way that my daughter and I could have possibly done this ourselves! Paul was a Godsend!nnAfter installing the battery for us, he even checked all the tires and put air in them!nnI tried to pay him for all that he did for us, but my money was declined! In a world where it seems like businesses are just trying to charge customers as much as they possibly can, it is refreshing to have a business do more, and go above and beyond without expecting anything in return.nnI highly recommend By-Pass Storage! The people are amazing!
