Very annoyed with this business. Deployment got extended due to COVID 19, so we had emailed letting them know we'd need the storage unit a little longer, got an email back saying it wouldn't be an issue. when we knew we'd be home from deployment, sent another email telling them the date we'd be getting our things out of the unit. Got there that morning and there was a lock on the unit, so we called several times without an answer. When we finally got ahold of them, we were told they wouldn't be able to unlock it until that afternoon. We waited nearly all day, finally getting a call back around 5pm that the lock was taken off.nWe had rented a Uhaul truck that we wound up needing to keep longer and put more miles on than we had planned.nThey were not considerate of our time and did not make an effort to show customer care.
Only thing is gates lock at 8pm. Never had an issue plan on utilizing for as long as I need. Great rates.
