Horrible service. Rode my bike half way across town to deposit a paycheck and they won’t even let me in the front door. They told me to ride my bicycle around the back and stand in line with 20 cars and use their drive up service. I didn’t bring a pen to even sign my check to use their drive up service. Waste my time riding across town. If you dont want my business that is fine. Ill just open an account somewhere else.nReply 12-7 You want me to make an appointment to deposit a check? Are you joking? Does an appointment protect from Covid paranoia? I too work at an essential business helping hundreds and hundreds of people a day... and i havent died. But thank god you are looking out for my safety. Im sure waiting in line in your parking lot surrounded by 20+ Other plssed off customers in thousand pound cars also in a hurry would be safer but like i said i didnt even bother bringing a pen to sign the check so i could use your drive up service because i had no idea you were refusing to let your customers into your bank. You waste my time riding all the way down there. What if had needed that check deposited to pay bills asap? Dont worry about it now, opened an account with GNCU and guess what, they are letting people who need to come in come in. What a novel idea.

Is there no night deposit drop for businesses? The last two times I tried it, it has been closed. Unable to open it.

The ATM is needy and wide.

Best Wells Fargo to go to. There is always someone there to greet you at the door and everyone is so nice. Best customer service and you are never in line for long.

The service I received when opening an account was unbelievably poor! Had to return two more times just to find out what was completed on the first day was not acceptable and I ended up going to a different bank. Manager would walk around but NEVER come to introduce himself and maybe help us. I will not be returning to this bank.
