Although this branch can be understaffed at times, the people are very nice and are efficient if you need to make a quick trip. I appreciate their commitment to safety during this pandemic.

This is the worst bank ever, Customer service is very rude, they lie to you, I spoke with Tammy a supervisor in customer service and she said that she can assist me because I have a business checking account and she didn’t have access to it.nI opened my account with this credit union because they said I can deposit money in any credit union shared branch (co-op) I deposited cash in 2 different credit union co-op ATM and my money was on hold by GNCU.nnThe majority of cuatomer service agentes are rude very rude. Get away of this place! Give piece to your mind!

It's a bank. What do you want a tap dance when you come in. The only problem that I have is that I wish that I had more money to save.
