Do not use this company!!!!! They did my 2018 return that I still have not gotten back. When they downloaded my 2018 w-2 they downloaded a 2017 w-2 and sent it in. Now Tammy downloaded it , Ruth didnt catch it, and Jennifer doesnt want to talk about it. They want me to pick my file up so it's not their problem anymore.nn*UPDATE*nnIt is July 8th 2020, and I just got off the phone with the IRS, I was told to call back the end of August if I had not heard from them by then. Thanks Michell's ,not that you care.nn*SECOND UPDATE*nIt is now September 2020, and I've still not gotten my 2018 taxes back ud83dude11nnUSE H&R BLOCK
