The best customer service I’ve ever had. Moving from another state and storing your household items - there’s a lot to figure out. Savanah went above and beyond in helping me figure out what rates, size etc of a storage space I needed. Highly rec.

I have been very impressed with the staff. Theyre courteous, efficient, and personable. That last one is important to me; I feel like I'm putting my stuff in my nephew's garage -- in a good way! They can't do enough to make my life easier. Thank you
They helped me get a good bargain, I ended up needing more space, and they worked to give me options and rates for the additional unit. I moved from out of state, and they were helpful working long distance, with the keys and then access on the date we unloaded the truck. It is clean, safe, secure. On the move out, some goods went missing, and they helped me with video to prove the movers 'touched' the missing goods. I worked with at least two different persons, both were very helpful and service oriented. The rates may vary, depending on the time rented, and market demand, so I suggest securing what you can upfront. Great experience overall. Next time I need storage space, I will use Extra Space.
Lovely place and lovely people. Obtaining my unit was very painless. Jason the store manger is helpful and informative about the units and savanah is kind and friendly. Prices are on the high side
