Way easier to rent a unit than I expected. Very secure, and easy to access. Sales woman was extremely helpful.
Had a good experience here. Seems really secure and well kept. Had a unit here for a few months while getting into a new house. The gentleman who I spoke to on sight was very friendly.
Right Space Storage is a clean facility with proper security measurements. However I feel that they’re money hungry and leave some policies in the grey to get as much as they can out of the customer. For one, they raised my rent during the beginning of the pandemic which didn’t sit well with me. Fast forward a year later, I submitted my ten 10 required notice, which they then notified me I wouldn’t receive a prorated return for the days I wouldn’t be using the unit and that I could keep it until the end of the paid month. I went on the last day of my lease to pick up my lock, to realize they had charged me for the upcoming month. I asked to have it refunded as I was told I could keep the locker for the remaining of the month I had paid for. The front desk attendant said they checked for vacated lockers days ago and they refused to give me a refund. That’s why I’m giving them a rightfully earned 1 star.
