A fantastic gym with a great trainer who listens and finds effective ways for you to build strength and cardiovascular no matter what ails you! With her help I have been able to work through past injuries and find new confidence in the strength that has been developed!
AlamoShape is a place where you can always feel welcome, there's never any judgement, and you can get in the best shape of your life if you get after it! All of the trainers and the owner will give you all of the support you could ever imagine, and they're all extremely knowledgeable. Don't get any injuries stop you, because Rosemarie can work around anything!
