The beef and bean burrito with red is good, I've also got the stuff sopa with Christmas and two eggs over easy.

It was interesting..steak burrito was just a slap of meat between tortilla nothing else. Chicken burrito was just a folded tortilla with bland shredded chicken. The “salad” was 2 little strips of lettuce and 2 small chunks of tomato that looked like they didn’t mean to put them with it. The red sauce was good.
Food was good it filled us up. But as for seating based on covid protocols non existence. Tables were 2-3 feet apart. I didnt feel safe when another couple sat behind us closing the 2-3ft gap. Staff sanitized tables right after we left. Great to have gallup dining open again. I hope this restaurant in forces its distance guidelines.
My wife and I ate here last week and it was excellent. We came in about 45 min before they closed, were quickly seated, and served. The red sauce is delicious. Thank you for the great food! The young man that waited on us was great as well (sorry I didn't catch his name)
