We had a historic home re-keyed and then there were some vague issues with one of the locks. Both of the gentlemen that evaluated the antique lock were incredibly thoughtful and professional. They didn't charge us anything for two hours of work on fixing it so that we wouldn't need a modern replacement that wouldn't look nice with the door. I'll forever use pop-a-lock for any locksmith work.
