John from Bill's Lock & Key, Inc. did an excellent job in removing a dead bolt that was locked into position in the door into my garage. Scheduling the service request was easy and they were able to accommodate my same day service request. John arrived early and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue by cutting out the frozen dead bolt allowing me to once again access my garage from my house. John was very professional and provided excellent service.

Bill's Lock & Key, Inc. did an excellent service for my car keys. The handle fell off our front door somehow. The best part was they were able to come very quickly after we got the lock which was great.nDefinitely will use them again.

They don't have any infiniti keys to make a copy. Atleast they told me before they came out that it would take 3 weeks to get one. The gentleman was very informative and professional even with me being annoyed that I would have to wait so long. So I didn't do business with him but thought I should let ya know that I liked the guy but nothing he could do about the circumstances

Friendly and great customer service I wanted to try to get a remote with remote start we where not 100% my car was able but they tried anyways, it was not so I just ended up getting my remote I already had repaired which was quickly done and cost less then I thought it would.
