I came to him 6/5/20 and told him my custody situation.nHe charged me a flat rate for a motion and the hearing. I paid him cash which I DO NOT recommend because he never sent in the motion. Or entered in an Entry of Appearance to the court to let them know he was paid to represent me. I had to file my own Motion and missed my opportunity to file the motion he was suppose to do. Then he asked for more money and he never did Anything for me. I asked for a refund and was blocked. People don’t have money to waste. When people come for services Do what you say your going to do. He will take advantage of people looking for help.

Do not go to this guy. He is absolute incompetent lawyer. There are several complaints with the NM Bar and lawsuits against him for malpractice. BEWARE

My wife and I hired Mr. McLarty a few years back ( ongoing case) . This is probably one of best decisions I have made regarding this case.
