This is a real gym with real workout equipment and definitely my new favorite. The owners are cool down to earth people plus there's truck parking on the side.

Great people, old school feel and love the atmosphere. Large variety of equipment, old and new. Used the same bench today (2017) I benched my fist Cadillacs on my 8th grade summer (1991). Love lifting here when I'm back home.
