I've been in various taekwondo schools before but I haven't seen nor learned real life self defense applications using taekwondo. It's always the same patterns, forms, drills, and practice sparring.nnHowever, Dylan's MMA academy went over the traditional practice and made taekwondo way useful and fun! The techniques are well thought of and the class pacing is good.nnAlso, Dylan is an awesome instructor. He explains how to do challenging techniques really well and is very encouraging. My little sister and I enjoyed every class so far! Highly recommended for everyone.

They are very family orientated and a good place for children to start learning good discipline and respect.
