The staff that came to the door was VERY rude and unprofessional! After banking with WF for over 25 years I have NEVER had such disrespectful service.

Left my card in their drive up atm and it got shredded apparently, tried to go get a new one but was told the bankers were booked until the following week because they aren’t there as much due to “COVID” I was told to call a number to order a new one so now I have to use cash until it gets delivered. Called the number to order a new card and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Horrible customer service. I would highly recommend going to another bank. That’s what I’m going to do once this COVID stuff is over because they make it too difficult to do anything.

I’ve been banking over 20 years with Wells Fargo. Went to get a loan to pay off a credit card. They turned it down. Went to my other bank and got the loan in 45 minutes. The owner of this bank is very frustrating. I have a very good credit rating. The owner has issues with me. Wish I could meet because they wouldn’t like what I have to say. Highly not recommended ud83dudc4e! This is the third try not any more I am done. O yea they don’t have a loan officer here. Just a paper pusher. Go to roswell or Alamo to get a loan.

I went into the lobby to deposit cash into my son's account. The Teller told me that she could not accept a cash deposit . I picked up my teeth and asked her if she had missunderstood me. I needed to deposit American In God We Trust Dollars into the Bank. She again informed me that Wells Fargo no longer accepted cash, except from Commercial Accounts.nLong story short, she said it was to control the Bank's losses. I gotta say, You Gotta be Sh...ing me!nnReason 101 I don't bank there!
