Absolutely the worst customer service! If you are a business in Silver City, NM go somewhere else!!

Needed a replacement card after my info was stolen. They said it would arrive in 5-7 days - it didn't. I emailed to see what was up; without asking for permission, they then cancelled and deleted all of the stuff for the new card, so even if it shows up slightly late, I can no longer use THAT one either. Called to ask about that since they obviously can't be trusted to do the right thing via email; was told they sent it to the wrong address despite being told the proper one on DAY ONE.nWas told I could use an access code (which will no longer work when the new new card is shipped out, so I'd have to go to an ATM tonight or I'm SOL) or make a physical appointment to get issued a temporary card...which I can't do, because they're booked clear til the 19th.nnI have bills due soon and haven't been able to access money for a week, soon to be two. But eff me, I guess.nnWill be switching to a bank that's less of a complete joke ASAP and will gladly smear Wells Fargo's name every chance I get after this because of their continued gaffs.

Teller was kind of rude. Interrupted me twice while I answered his questions. Made me fill out a deposit slip which I probably haven’t had to do for 10 years. Poor service.

Good bank, have to make sure you have met the monthly requirement for accounts or you will be charged huge fee for the an account.nThey are very friendly and accurate with transactions. Always trying to improve your banking exsperiance better.nnNOT OPEN ON SATURDAY!nnGoogle app is works well and the Developers change the app all the time, adding functions or changing app.
