Veterans Memorial Park

Peaceful location, don't forget to walk to the POW memorial. Nice walking trails too.

Nice, clean, quiet, respectable little park, but sadly, the museum is still closed. I used to come here in the mornings to do a little writing, when I was living in my car at the Walmart. The one little table near the building, under a shade tree. Rarely saw anyone else, so it was the perfect place to do a bit of work.nnFormer cav scout. Nice to see places like this in small towns.

Great little Veterans Park .The Miniature Vietnam Wall is beautiful. Park is well maintained

Loved the walk through. Great monuments. Only thing was the American Flags needs to be replaced and the New Mexico needs to be a little lower than the American Flag.
