I went and acquired a vehicle almost a month ago. The vehicle was beautiful and to my liking, almost perfect. Dealt with one guy my entire process at the dealership; he was nice, informative, and helpful. Unfortunately that's all I can give credit for. Upon the final step before taking it home I was told it will be cleaned (exterior,) and oil to be changed. I informed them I'll wash the car myself ( as I enjoy doing that.) I was infuriated when they didn't hear me out and I saw a guy wiping the exterior with a window squeegee, scratches on the clear caot everywhere; if I didn't sign papers already I would've declined the vehicle. When I returned to Albuquerque, I checked the oil and it was extremely dark, along with improper oil filter size. So I had to go purchase oil for a proper oil change. Every time I purchased a vehicle, a temporary POA is so they can register the vehicle, which they also said they're going to take care of. I got a call a week ago asking for emissions, which I was never informed I needed to take that into my own hands, or I would've taken care of the process myself. The car is still to my liking. The process and people other than the salesman would not have my business again. Lesson: do not leave without your own inspection, regardless if they said they preformed one already.

Have to give 2 stars only due to my visit. I stopped by saw a nice SUV and I wanted to take a look at the interior and it was AWFUL and smelt like a cigarettes. I Highly recommend to look inside the vehicles before even filling out an application. Staff were ok. They didn't seem to be bothered by the condition of the vehicle.

Bought my car at Quality Motors, brothers have Quality Motors (Moe) and Duke City Motors (Jed) - Imon at Quality Motors help me with getting me a car to look at and test drive - found the car I wanted - Moe is very helpful when it comes to setting up with getting the car, had to go over Duke City Motors to finish up with car payments (they will help you on setting up car payments) - great customer service on both car places - recommend.

Hassle free, easy and very helpful. They weren't pushy, showed me the car I wanted and provided the car fax and let me test the car. Finance also was a breeze. I was in with a loaner and out with my own 4 wheel drive SUV. The price was great and the quality was great. Would buy a car there again.Loving my new car.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked hard to get me low monthly payments and a very low APR. I highly recommend them off you're looking for a used vehicle.
