Grandma's Restaurant

Got a lousy chimichunga. Guess it depends on what you order.

I used to enjoy their food however, the lack of customer service as been an issue.. now the quality of food hasn't met our standards.. as customers. Since the quarantine, I've ordered to go meals and every time something is missing in my orders, tonight I brought home cold enchiladas, frozen cheese in my so call enchilada... no tortilla .. again!! Ughhh.. what's the point in calling the owner bcuz I've done it in the past to complain and NEVER has he ever done anything to accommodate... where's the customer satisfaction??????

Some staff members are impolite, some are great.nnSometimes the food is great, depending on the cooks.nnAt times the green chili is unbearably hot.nnAt times the soda is watered down - I'm thinking the water and syrup ratio is off.nnJust observe and get to know the people who are working and eventually you'll discover if you like eating while certain staff members are working.nnIf you give constructive criticism... Or ask they be polite, the conversions no longer exist nor do they (certain members of grandma's) acknowledge you as a customer.nnIt fluctuates. It would be nice if...

They have excellent burgers, chicken fried steaks and now have real honey packets for the sopapillas.
