First Financial Credit Union - Mesa View, Gallup

Trying to call my local Gallup branch, but all I get is that stupid automated message & then member service can’t even get me a phone number to talk to someone at the Gallup Branch.

Rate should be zero, I don't know how this place stays open ,nothing but unprofessionally people running the place I waited in line for two whole hours.

First time opening a bank account. FFCU was recomended by my loan officer. Customer service is great. The lady we spoke with took the time to explain through the process step by step. My waiting time was not long at all. I highly recommend this business. Also phone calls to this bank is great.

They need to fire a lot of these rude employees and find some nice ones like the branch in Zuni very friendly and speedy service.
