Upon entering Jon's office, I must confess, my husband and I were a bit on edge. However, once we spoke with Jon, he eased our concerns!! Jon quickly resolved my case in under two weeks with an amicable solution in which we were/are pleased. Jon is both professional and reasonable! He responds to your calls and emails quickly. We would recommend him to our friends and family. These days one doesn't know what to expect when hiring a professional or service, but it's good to know that if we were gambling, we would put our money on Jon!!

I had sent Jon an email describing my case, and if I had a case regarding a contract i signed which outright lied about my payments; he did not bother reading the email, or indicating that I had a good solid case. He kept responding with the fact that auto related cases required a consultation fee of $150 in person, $300 remote. However, during these covid-19 times, he was cutting me a great deal of doing 150 remote instead of the $300.... that is not a great deal, Jon, that is out of necessity given the circumstances. Anyway, I agreed whole heartedly with paying for his time, but I wanted to know if I had a case, and what his process and rates were. He kept saying to pay the consultation and every other email he kept saying he had to charge due to the high number of volume of emails he got regarding auto cases and how he had to provide for his family, be paid for all his time and put his daughters through college , etc etc and that If I could not afford his time then I could look/file elsewhere. This was the most arrogant, egotistical self-entitled slap to my face, Jon, as I had mentioned to you. Simple question I asked. However, we are all providing for our families with lost jobs, trying to file unemployment, make ends meet, and worry about our every next move in these uncertain times. YOU ARE NO EXCEPTION. If the man really does get as many inquiries as he does and charges just 150, he is making bank with just that. The fact he wouldn’t answer me as to his rates or my outlook is a business tactic to pay a little, hook me, and get me to pay more and more in a rabbit hole, OR just get my money with no end result at all. Or it is pure laziness. Either which way, yes, I have the money to pay unknown fees, but I, too, have every justifiable right to penny pinch in these uncertain times as well; the lack of empathy and care shows; I’m sorry I’m not helping pay for your daughters college tuition, your car and pool while others worry about toilet paper and how they will eat their next meal. I will find another attorney. And please, do not even try to refute this post, as I have stated all facts (other than assuming you have a pool).

We will use him again for any new contracts BEFORE we sign anything in the future.

Jon is an extremely helpful Attorney and also someone that I would have no problem recommending...I would say that I have a friend that practices law and can help you, rather than, I know a good attorney. I have worked with Jon on a few different items and highly recommend him.
