We just completed our third experience with Pappas Painting & Repair. The first was when they painted my husband's professional offices in Cherry Creek. Impressed with their work, we hired them to paint the exterior of our house in Littleton about 12 years ago. We were pleased with the results.nnWhen we moved to a three-level townhouse in December 2020, Pappas Painting was the obvious choice to paint the interior. Eric Thompson visited the townhouse, assessed the situation, answered questions and emailed his reasonably priced estimate the next day. Subsequent communication coordinating timing and logistics was with Ryan Paul. He worked with us regarding shifting times frames because of other renovations that needed to be done prior to painting. One week before the project's start, Ryan provided us the services of a professional color design coordinator, Marnie Martin, who helped us select perfect paint colors to update and enhance our home.nnTwo Pappas Painting crews of 4 men each promptly appeared on day one and proceeded to get to work protecting furniture and carpeting. One man in each crew supervised. During the week, one team worked on painting our kitchen and laundry room cabinets and staircase and the the other team painted all walls, ceilings and closets. It took five full days to complete the project.nnBoth crews of painters were fantastic. They arrived every morning on time and worked a full day with 30 minutes for lunch. They were dependable, hard working, personable, neat and accommodating. They used our garage as a staging area for cabinet painting and protected all personal property and carpeting with drop cloths and plastic sheeting. The two crews worked exceptionally well together. Eric Thompson visited the crews once a day and Ryan Paul and Frank Pappas stopped by once to say hello.nnAll work outlined in the original estimate was completed on time and on budget. Both crews were careful to make sure we were satisfied with all work prior to departure.nnWe are very pleased with the work completed and the colors selected. We had a flood during the February freeze. This resulted in lots of basement drywall damage. I contracted with Pappas to repair the damage and also to remove 5 ceiling speakers on our main level that were no longer working.nThis was a big job for sure! After the 8 drywall repairs ,we needed the ceilings painted as well. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and respectfulness of everyone at Pappas. Pappas got the job done in two days and left our house extremely clean. I had no stress during the job bid, during the work, and afterward. Dave Morrison ( project manager) stopped by several times to be sure the job was going well. This is the second time we used Pappas. They painted the exterior of our house a few summers ago. We had a great experience then as well. I am pleased to fully endorse Pappas Painting and Repair! They are a first class company! I found their bids to be quite competitive.

We had Pappas Painting repair drywall and fix the texture in our entire basement after we removed large amounts of wallpaper. They were easy to get a hold of, and did the estimate and the work quickly. Most importantly, the texture and repairs look excellent! The team that completed the work was respectful and efficient, I’d highly recommend them and we’d use them again!

No complaints! You can count on these guys to get the job done for a great price. Eric and Ryan provided great customer service. My house was painted in a day and a half and it looks awesome!

These guys were great. So hopefully with every step of the painting process. From the bid to the finished product. They came in covered everything from the floors to all the furniture. Took the time to make sure nothing would get paint on it. Cleaned up every day before leaving. Helped me put all the furniture back where I wanted it. The guys were very polite and very helpful. Will use them again. Almost time to paint the outside.
